We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nord Edge. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) under the following conditions:
🔁 Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nord-edge.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send the product back to the warehouse address on the label – we will provide return instructions.
📦 Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of return.
💵 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as processing time may vary.
